Participation in Prizm Pest Control's SMS program is optional. The contact form provides two separate, unchecked consent choices:
Marketing messages. By selecting the optional marketing consent checkbox, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Prizm Pest Control about special offers, discounts, and service updates at the number you provide.
Non-marketing messages. By selecting the optional non-marketing consent checkbox, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Prizm Pest Control about appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, and review requests at the number you provide.
Consent to one category does not constitute consent to the other. Neither checkbox is preselected or required to submit the form, request a quote, or purchase services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable SMS program at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
